Join us on Wed 5 Apr for a walking tour of Harewood’s deer park, led by the British Deer Society and find out more about these fascinating animals. Learn all about our Red, Fallow and Roe Deer as you amble through Harewood’s impressive Deer Park. Aside from deer, the Estate is home to a wealth of wildlife with over 160 kinds of birds, 24 types of mammals and 18 species of butterfly having been recorded in recent years. The North Leeds Food Festival has confirmed its return to Roundhay Park in 2023. Get ready to tuck into pad thai, paella and churros from one of the street food stalls or head to their artisan market, where you can gorge on cured meats and extravagant brownies. Wash it all down with a tipple from eight independent bars while you move your feet as bands play on the live music stage. Don’t forget about all the amazing celebrity chef demonstrations too! The North Leeds Food Festival takes place at Roundhay Park from Saturday 13th to Sunday 14th May 2023.

Vixen Sharp Ears is captured by a forester as a cub and dreams of freedom, eventually escaping into an incredible adventure. This is a bittersweet fairytale reflecting on the nature of life and its cycles, complete with Janáček’s playful music and director Sir David Pountney’s charming production. Edward Dick’s contemporary twist on Puccini’s iconic Tosca comes to Leeds Grand Theatre on seven different dates between January and March. Get ready for a tale of secrets, love and lies – can our singing heroine Tosca save her lover from the corrupt baron? Or will he succeed and cause her downfall? Complete with Puccini’s incredible score, this is a must-see show. Tosca comes to Leeds Grand Theatre from Saturday 21st January to Thursday 2nd March 2023.
